New construction office space adjacent to Keesler Air Force Base on Mississippi's Gulf Coast
The Mississippi Cyber and Technology Center (MCTC) is a new home for the organizations driving Mississippi's cyber and defense ecosystem. The three-story, 105,000-square-foot facility will offer 54,000 square feet of leasable space, with flexible suites available for tenant build-out. The MCTC is now accepting tenant inquiries.
At the Center of Mississippi's Cyber and Defense Ecosystem
The Mississippi Cyber Initiative has grown into a highly successful statewide partnership of more than 225 organizations and agencies. Its partners span academia, industry, law enforcement, government, Keesler Air Force Base, the Department of War, and the Mississippi National Guard.
The MCTC will bring these partners together under one roof to advance innovation, workforce development, public safety, military readiness, company growth, and economic opportunity.

Build-Out Funding Is Available
Funding is currently available to help committed tenants design and build out customized space. Early commitments provide the greatest opportunity to shape space around your operational needs while resources remain available.
Floor Plans and Spaces
Each of the MCTC's three floors offers approximately 33,400 square feet, with flexible spaces designed to meet a wide range of tenant needs.
First Floor. The first floor is the center's collaborative hub. It includes a 6,229-square-foot event space, a 2,412-square-foot Cyber Range Suite, a 2,412-square-foot U.S. Air Force Suite, a 972-square-foot MSU Suite, 972 square feet of academic suites, and rentable industry space.
Second Floor. The second floor is largely open for rentable industry space and flexible tenant build-out.
Third Floor. Designed as a secure floor, the third floor offers rentable industry space, a digital forensics lab, and a SCIF-ready secure suite.
